How do I know my order was delivered?
-You can request confirmation by calling the store.
What are your delivery hours?
- 10:00am-12:00pm/1:30pm-3:30pm/4:30pm-5:30pm. Funerals are delivered in accordance with service time.
Can I get same day delivery? What is the cut-off time?
-Yes, we do same day deliveries if ordered before the cut-off time of 4:00pm. Custom arrangements need an hour before delivery time requested.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
-We leave a note on the door and bring back to our store. Then we keep calling/texting until we get ahold the customer to schedule a redelivery or see if they want to pick up.
How much is the delivery fee?
-$5.00 for hospital/funeral homes. $8.00 in city limits. $10.00 outside city limits. $12.00 farther outside city limits/Holcomb.
Can I specify a delivery time?
-Yes, within any of the 3 delivery windows. We try really hard to be there when you need us to be.
Can you deliver to a hospital?
-Yes, St. Catherine Hospital
What is your cancellation policy?
-Very liberal, special custom orders are non-refundable.
Can flowers be delivered to a gravesite?
-Yes, provide the cemetery as well as plot number and location. We even provide floral subscriptions to go to the grave multiple times throughout the year.

-Yes, we can based on your specific needs, color schemes, budget and desired style.

-Most flowers are available year round, out of season ones just cost more.
What flowers will be substituted if my first choice isn't available?
-We substitute flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the overall shape, size and color scheme of the arrangement.

-Keep container full of water and changing the water every few days helps to prevent bacteria build up. Trim the stems at a 45 degree angle. Keeping the bouquet in a cool location is best.
